Hollidays is the day for some people reaally wanted to come up. students, workers are most like the holliday. as a student, holidays can give you sometimes to relax from your study, and many other activities to do. you can relax and have some fun at home or going somewhere to having fun or another activities to do. some student may use their holidaay time to having fun and to to some exercise, sport and probably doing some homework without feeling so hurry of about running out of time.for some worker, holidays give them time to relax, have a picnic, go sport, or just spending time with family at home. it gaves them sometimes to release the stress that they have in their working days. it release stress, so they can go to work on the work time with the new energy that have filled in in their holiday time. holiday are not only in weekend, but holidays may on some special days for some country probably different one to enother. in some country, independence days are holiday, some religion event also holidays, and some special event probably become holidays, for example election day. holiday is good to release dtress, but to many holiday probably make some people get bored to stay home or just having fun all days. they wanted to go back to work, they wanted to go back to school because they want to see their firend and play some game having talk about their holliday.

Some people in the world like to travel and some other do not. For me my self, sometimes i like to travel sometimes i dont. I like to travel if only i have enough time and money to go travelling. to travel we cannot just go without any prepare. so, traveling need to prepare.
The first thing to do when you want to travel is to prepare the money. Some people saved money for several months or years only for travel, some rich people do not really considering about money, but some did. to travel we must have enouh money to pay the airplane or bus which means to transportation. We cannot travel by walk, only if the place we want to go to are near town. But if we want to travel abroad or aout of town, we should be raedy for this. We will need money also for accomodation, meal, phone call and some other things to buy.
Besides, preparing for the place where we want to travel is also very important. Thus, information about the place, how to go there, finding map, place to temporary live, where to find food, what landmark, tourism and places to see and how is the weather are also the important things to do before leave to travel.
Last but not least, what to bring on traveling must in consideration to. What clothes, hygiene, medicine, some snack, map and probably compass are several things to to bring in traveling. Bri

Exercise 2-13 Writing Assignment
Engineering is not a favorable major for female in Tadulako University. Some of them said it is too hard for female students to cope in study in Engineering. They think that assignments in design and drawing, laboratory jobs and reports are too much, hard and it took most of all their time. Some parents will not allow them to apply in this major in concern of health and security of their daughter. For example, in 1993, from 30 student in Bachelor of Civil Engineering, there were only 6 female students, which is about 20%. Even tough the quantity of female students in engineering in the university increase every year, the percentage never exceed 50% comparing to the male student.

Work in campus as a lecturer seems hard for some people. This dynamic kind of job required the workers several things to do in one job. They not only teaching but also researching and advising. Thus, to survive in this job, the lecturer must have skills in teaching, computerizing, and ability to socialize with students, colleagues and employer. Then they can provide excellent teaching techniques and create an effective academic atmosphere for students. Academic ability in their major is a must. Skills in managing and organizing also played important role in this work field. Considering the conflict that probably occur in academic field, they are required to pay attention in conflict management.
